Organic Raspberry Vanilla Matcha
Our Organic Matcha Raspberry Vanilla combines high-quality matcha with natural raspberry flavor, the sweet natural flavor of vanilla, and organic cane sugar. The sweet and tangy flavor of raspberries combined with the smooth vanilla gives Matcha Raspberry Vanilla a refreshing taste well-suited for hot or iced beverages.
Matcha is a natural source of:

- L-Theanine has been known to provide hours of lasting energy and clarity due to its relationship with caffeine- and most say it eliminates the type of caffeine crash coffee usually results in.
- Caffeine, unlike coffee its consumed slower because of L-Theanine
- Antioxidants – Matcha includes over 100 times (EGCG) more than standard green tea. Drinking a single cup on Matcha is like drinking ten cups of green tea.
Use 1 teaspoon of matcha per 12oz. cup of 170F degree water. Matcha must be whisked in order to suspend the matcha powder. Do not put matcha into a tea bag and steep. Use the guidelines below for preparing your matcha.
Heat up about 2 oz of water , not quite to a boil, and pour it into a round-bottom bowl. If you don’t have a bowl, a glass measuring cup will work. . Scoop about 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and put it into the bowl with the water.
Using a bamboo whisk, begin whisking the powder into the water and go back and forth in a quick, continuous motion until a froth begins to form on top of the mixture (about 20 seconds). You can also pick up a small battery operated milk frother which works nicely as well.
You can now pour it into a mug or bottle of your choice and add hot water, cold water and ice, or milk to fill up your mug or bottle. If making an iced matcha, we recommend starting with 1-1/2 to 2 tsp of matcha powder depending on how much you are making and how much ice you will be using.
