A Guardians of the Galaxy Inspired Black Tea Blend
I'm hooked on a feeling
I'm high on believing
That you're in love with me
Lips as sweet as candy
It's taste is on my mind
Girl you've got me thirsty
For another cup of wine

In Guardians of the Galaxy, Starlord may have obsessed over his Awesome Mix, nostalgia is a hard beast to control, but he did not have this awesome blend of loose-leaf tea to compliment the experience! Sometimes, even an intergalactic team of misfits need a cup of quiet relaxation for a serious system reboot. Drax the Destroyer and Rocket Raccoon have often been spotted enjoying this Awesome Mix, with black currents and orange peels, though they try to hide it. Awesomeness can win wars, vanquish Thanos and Ronan, and even fuel a dance-off. Get ready to enjoy your new favorite cup of tea.
Black currants were once banned in the US in the early 1900's as it was thought that they spread a fungus that threatened the timber industry. This super fruit is a native of Europe but is also grown in Asia and New Zealand. Black currants are full of health-promoting anthocyanins (which is also what makes them purple), and vitamin C. In fact, they have 4 times more vitamin C than oranges. For an extra boost of immunity, we combined orange peels which have been shown to lower high blood pressure and cholesterol, to make this tea blend the perfect way to supercharge your day.
Ingredients: Black Tea, dried black currant pieces, orange peel, flavoring, blue cornflowers, and silver sugar crystals.
50g bag of tea is enough for approx 15-18 cups of hot tea (depending on taste preferences).
To prepare, use one level teaspoon per 6 ounces of water. Steep for 4 minutes at 208F.
Tea is blended by using organic and non-organic tea and flavorings. Product may have come in contact with nuts or nut products.
