A Rocky Horror Picture Show Inspired Tea Blend

This caramel apple rooibos tea blend is inspired by The Rocky Horror Picture Show, a musical comedy/horror film released in 1975, and based on the 1973 stage production.

This iconic film that became a cult phenomenon was part science fiction and part horror in a musical. It first debuted to lackluster appeal until it started showing at midnight and audiences all over the country begin dressing as the characters and performing alongside the movie in theatres.

I must admit that I never dressed up, but I certainly attended my fair share of midnight showings, lip syncing along with hundreds of others. The 12-step Time Warp was iconic and an absolute hoot. Let’s do the Time Warp again!

Both are naturally caffeine-free and are very low in tannins and very high in antioxidants. In fact, honeybush has the highest amount in a tea with the exception of Matcha. Like rooibos, honeybush is also green until it is fermented and the leaves change
